Fundraising

We have a variety of types of fundraisers raising money for Winston’s Wish. From mountain climbers to people having a full body wax, we’ve seen it all!

What your money could buy

£5

could pay for the candles we use at our candlelight ceremony at our residential groups – helping each child to share a special memory about the person who died.

£30

could fund a special memory box for 2 children attending one of our residential groups, helping them to talk about the person who has died and keep their memories alive.

£10

could enable us to provide a family with one of our specialist publications to help understand and support a bereaved child.

£500

could fund four face-to-face sessions for a child and their family with two of our specialist family practitioners – providing support to help deal with their loss.

£20

could cover the cost of a 60 minute call to our Helpline – providing invaluable advice and support to someone concerned about a bereaved child.

£1000

could help fund the cost of one of our family meeting rooms for a year.
